Important Additional Terms Of Service
Scope Of Representation
For Traffic Tickets (DUIs see 3 paragraphs below), Limited Representation means we will appear one (1) time in court before a judge, or meet with a City Attorney, a District Attorney, appear through correspondence via facsimile or mail, or appear over the telephone. When we appear for you we will either plead Nolo-Contendere, or guilty to a lesser violation if the violation will result reducing your matter to a parking violation, or lesser demerits. In cases where we can present proof that the citation issued to you has been subsequently resolved (i.e.. a broken tail light, or obtaining insurance after the date of the Traffic Stop), or that the citation was issued to you because you could not show proof of existence of certain documents at the date of the Traffic Stop (i.e. . no driver’s license in possession, no registration in possession, or no valid proof of insurance in possession), we will submit copies of the document and request that the violation be dismissed. Generally when copies of documents are presented, the court will either reduce the imposed fine or dismiss the violation.
Our one (1) time appearance does not include preparing for trail and defending you against charges in the traffic ticket issued to you. If you wish for us to represent you in a trail because you desire to plead Not Guilty, upon our acceptance to represent you, we will advise you of our hourly rate and will request a retainer to cover our estimated fees.
Once we communicate to you the decision of the court and corresponding assessed fines and/or other requirements, if any, our duties to you are complete. You are responsible to complete the requirements of the court and pay any fines and costs within the set time limits. Failure to timely complete the requirements of the court may cause the court to reinstate the original fine and any other applicable penalties. A warrant for your arrest may also be issued. Warrants for the arrest of persons located outside of the State of Nevada may be enforced in other states.

You Are Responsible To Transmit Accurate Information To Us And Keep Us Informed Of Changed Information
Information you transmit to us must be accurate because we will rely upon it in assisting you with your Traffic Citation(s). We, when calling to get payment information, will verify some information you provided via the website. However, ultimately, you are responsible for the accuracy of information, and we cannot be held responsible for any errors that may occur because of the inaccurate information you sent to us. Incorrect data can delay, and in some cases prohibit our ability to help you. Critical information that must be absolutely accurate is: your name, address and telephone number, ticket number(s), date you received the ticket(s), your required appearance date and the court you must appear before. You also possess an additional duty to keep up dated with change of address, telephone numbers and other relevant information.
Change In Required Court Appearances
Courts many times change requirements regarding the type of violations that require court appearance. If we discover that a court appearance is required that we previously did not think was required, we will notify you of your required appearance and refund you all fees you paid to me. At that point our representation of you will be over. Our refund policy does not apply to to appearances to quash a warrant, or where do did not advise us that you has previously appeared and the court ordered that you personally return.
Traffic Citations (Tickets) Are Not Fixed
You agree and understand that we cannot "fix a ticket" and that we do not guarantee the decision of the Court. While the court may reduce a fine or penalty, it is also possible that the court could fully enforce the fine stated on the Traffic Ticket, and require you to pay court costs and attend driving school or a movie, or require something else from you. This is the risk you take when you plead NOLO CONTENDERE. ATTORNEY FEES Attorney fees stated previously are to pay us for services. The fees DO NOT include the fines the court may assess upon you, any court administration fees, and/or traffic movie or school tuition, or other costs you may incur.

Conflicts With Defense In A Civil Action
If you are currently being sued, or believe that you will be sued as a result of the traffic ticket, before you request our assistance, you should speak to your attorney about the affects of our service upon the defense of your case.
Privacy Over The Internet
Presently, the law and many attorney malpractice insurance carriers believe current methods of protecting information transmitted over the Internet are inherently unreliable. If information transmitted between us over the Internet is intercepted, such interception could be construed as a waiver of your attorney--client privilege.
Payment Method
At this time, we are taking payment via the telephone only by credit or debit card. You may also come to our offices and pay by cash, cashier’s check (no personal checks), money order, credit or debit card. My staff will call you within twenty-four (24) hours after you submit your request for my assistance at this website. In most cases, my staff will not contact you earlier than two hours after you have submitted your request for my assistance. We will attempt to call you three times at various times of the day. If after three failed attempts of my staff to contact you to obtain payment information, we have the option to terminate our assistance to you. We may contact you via regular mail or e-mail in this regard.
When We Will Assist You
We will assist you when we have received all necessary information regarding your Traffic Ticket, you have agreed to the terms of our service, and we have received a payment in full for our services. However, at our discretion, we reserve the right to refuse to assist you. If we refuse to assist you, we will contact you either via regular mail, e-mail or telephone, and refund all or part of fees paid to us.
