Mr. Kaplan established ETrafficCitation.com in 1999 to provide effective legal representation at a low price in resolving traffic citations in Las Vegas and throughout Clark County Nevada. 
In addition to assisting people in resolving their Las Vegas traffic tickets, Mr, Kaplan, who in addition to being a tax attorney, is a Nevada CPA, where he focuses upon minimizing the effects of estate and income taxes upon individuals.
Before establishing ETrafficCitation.com, Mr, Kaplan obtained criminal trial defense experience in 1996 as a public defender in Washtenaw County (Ann Arbor), Michigan. He assisted indigent individuals accused of DUI/DWI, burglary and robbery.
ETrafficCitation.com came about as a result of assisting children of wealthy tax-clients resolve traffic violations and other common teenage infractions.
Mr. Kaplan is licensed to practice law in Nevada and Colorado. He is also admitted to practice before the Nevada Federal District Court, United States Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court.
